RCS Corporation has an immediate need for an Office Administrator in Pensacola, FL. This is a full-time contract assignment. RCS offers a competitive package including benefits, vacation and holidays. Responsibilities

  • Perform daily office activities to include professional and courteous front desk telephone and reception, incoming/outgoing mailing, and internal communications

  • Support office manager to order office and kitchen supplies and to coordinate with building/maintenance entities

  • Collaborate with office staff to print, file, and distribute administrative and contract documentation

  • Organize and edit files and data using Office 365 applications and Mott MacDonald tools in compliance with business policy

Minimum Requirements

  • High school degree required

  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks, be detail-oriented in a production/metrics driven environment

  • Ability to adapt to possible project/standard changes while meeting tight deadlines

  • Microsoft Office expertise

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Attention to detail

  • Multi-tasking and adaptability
