RCS Corporation has an immediate need for a Part Time Resume Reviewer for our client in the Bellevue, WA area. This is a Part-time, Remote Contract Opportunity.

As a Part-Time Resume Reviewer, the primary need is for someone with a great eye for talent to review incoming resumes and determine which have the skills that are critical for success in given roles. Other recruiting support work will be available depending on workload.


  • Provide dedicated support to various hiring projects.
  • Review high volume applicant pool via Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Screen resumes for job fit to particular roles and pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Evaluate/recommend fit for pipeline applicants.
  • Maintain pipeline tracking document.
  • Collaborate with recruiting team to provide status reporting for hiring manager consumption.

Key Qualifications and Skills 

•    Prior experience as a technical resume screener, preference for experience in nuclear, space and/or oil & gas.

•    Experience with common Applicant Tracking Systems and related harvest actions.

•    Ability to effectively prioritize and contribute to a fast-paced recruiting environment.

•    Familiar with common sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, social media platforms and technical forums.

•    Prior experience or familiarity with interviewing techniques.

•    Available on PT basis (10-15 hours per week).

•    Strong communication skills desired.

•    The successful candidate will possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly and display respect, and a desire to foster teamwork.
