RCS Corporation has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator in Iselin, NJ. This is a full-time, contract assignment with potential to become direct employment with the client.

Job Summary

Our Digital Twin Solutions team is looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking project coordination, administration and controls specialist to assist in supporting our engineering projects and continued growth of our team. The role will include assisting with proposals, compliance with internal policies, maintaining communication with internal and external clients, and assisting in reviewing budgets and forecasts.  In short, the role is a critical component that makes us a highly functioning team.

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Provides administration support for project and office activities
  • Demonstrates knowledge of grammar, punctuation and business writing style for proofreading
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • well under deadline situations
  • Word processing and/or spreadsheet support for general correspondence, cost control sheets and various reports
  • Assists with financial controls at project levels
  • Assist in production of documents (binding, duplication, etc.)
  • Preparation of project deliverables such as agendas, minutes, reports, etc. 

Candidate Specification    

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering Technology, Applied Sciences, or equivalent required; or a minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Background in financial controls, production of documents, and general office skills
  • Previous experience in construction/engineering industry preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Administration level knowledge of SharePoint
  • Experience in project information management
  • Knowledge of Power BI  / MS Power Apps suite
  • Experience with the e-Builder Platform
