Mrs. Piosa has been with the company since 2018 and possesses significant corporate experience leading recruitment teams throughout the United States, as well as Spain. Her leadership, energy, enthusiasm, and unparalleled service to clients ensures constant growth for RCS and a continued commitment to the company’s mission of exceeding clients’ expectations every day!

Alongside Mrs. Piosa, RCS Corporation’s Operations Manager, Antonio Piosa, has been promoted to Vice President. In his newly appointed role, Mr. Piosa will continue providing leadership to company recruitment, human resources, payroll and accounting efforts. His thorough business acumen, strength in streamlining processes, and financial banking experience with leading international institutions will further enhance support to RCS employees and clients.

These recent changes come after former President, Karen Garcia, has chosen to retire. “I am honored to have been at the helm of such a progressive and innovative staffing company since my appointment in 2010.
