Search and apply to jobs via our job portal, or join our Talent Network and one of our expert technical recruiters will reach out directly if an opportunity arises that matches your skillsets and aspirations.
- PrescreeningReview & Process02
RCS will then conduct a thorough prescreening process to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and career goals to ensure applicants align with the specific needs of our client companies.
- Client SubmissionFormal Application03
Once a candidate passes the prescreening phase, RCS will submit their resume and profile to the client company, discuss your skills, and advocate for your candidacy.
- InterviewingInterview Prep & Debrief04
Candidates that advance to client interviews will be provided with professional interview tips and expert recruiter support along the way. You can expect an average of 1-2 interviews which may be requested via phone, video or onsite.
- OfferJob Offer & Negotiations05
The RCS team will notify selected candidate(s) that receive a job offer and will help facilitate the offer stage. Our goal is to secure placements that are mutually beneficial and contribute to the success of both the candidate and the client.
- OnboardingTransition Into Role06
From initial paperwork to proper introductions and expectation setting, we'll be there every step of the way to ensure a seamless transition into your new role with either RCS (for contract hires) or our client company (for direct hires).
